Glen and Shawn seek to partner with individuals and couples to help build Christ-centered marriages and families. As, together, we build up the Body of Christ, the local church can be a “hospital” for the hurting and broken marriages and families in that community.
Facts on Our Missionary Support
- We serve as missionaries with FamilyLife and receive no salary directly from FamilyLife. Like a bicycle without wheels, we cannot function without the prayer & financial partnership of a God-given support team.
- By helping to provide financial support, you become a vital part of our Ministry Partner Team. Ministry partners send contributions to our staff account with Campus Crusade for Christ, FamilyLife's parent organization. Campus Crusade in turn pays our salary, expenses and benefits from our staff account.
- We need about 125-150 Ministry Partners joining with us financially on a regular basis (monthly, annually, etc.) to meet our living expenses and ministry needs.
- Our monthly salary is limited by our need and family size. Therefore, we cannot become rich off of the generosity of our ministry partners.
- As staff members with Campus Crusade for Christ and FamilyLife, we are not allowed other employment to help with our income.
- To keep us in full-time ministry we need others, like you, to join our Ministry Support Team.

Equipping our Ministry Team:
- Grow and strengthen their own marriage relationship.
- Discover practical parenting resources to help them be successful raising the next generation.
- Assist couples and families they know to find practical, biblical tools needed to meet the many challenges they face.
- Experience God’s Hand at work in marriages and families through our regular updates or through personal participation in FamilyLife outreaches in their area.
Our Commitment to our Ministry Partner Team:
- To work diligently to touch marriages and families with the life-changing power of Jesus Christ.
- To keep in contact with our team on a regular basis through our monthly updates and personal contacts.
- To be strictly accountable for the use of funds we receive within the policies of Campus Crusade, FamilyLife, and the Evangelical Council of Financial Accountability.
